Oil Well Cement Dispersant XBA-301

Powder materials and water-absorbing materials are usually added to the cement slurry to improve the performance of the cement slurry, such as weighting agent, light-weight agent, micro-silicon, silicon powder, fly ash, and so on. It may result in poor fluidity and difficulty mixing of cement slurry. The function of the oil well cement dispersant is to improve the fluidity, reduce the viscosity, and improve rheological properties of the cement slurry.

XBA-301 can significantly reduce the water demand of cement slurry.

XBA-301 can improve and change the rheological properties of cement slurry.

XBA-301 has a wide temperature range and can be used effectively above 180 °C（356℉,       BHCT）. XBA-303 could be applied in fresh water, seawater and brine cement slurry systems.

XBA-301 has good compatibility with various API cements and other oil well cement admixtures. XBA-303L need be used through wet-mixing, the usual dosage is 0.2 to 2.0%.

XBA-301S could be used through wet-mixing or dry-mixing, the usual dosage is 0.1 to 1.0%.

The actual dosage of XBA-301 should be determined experimentally, and excessive addition may cause sedimentation.

Packaging                                                                                                                        

XBA-301L is packed with 25L/1000L barrel, XBA-301S is packed with 25kg bag, or according to user requirements. The packed products should be saved in a cool, ventilated place to avoid high temperature, exposure and damage.
